Most Coffee Is Rushed Ours is Enjoyed
Where Cosecha Began
Cosecha was born through years of traveling Colombia, El Salvador, and Italy—falling in love with coffee culture, the hands that grow it, and the ritual that brings people together.
Coffee has always meant home. A table. A conversation. A shared moment. Not something rushed—but something lived with intention.
Returning year after year to walk plantations, taste cherries, and select varietals, Cosecha became a commitment to doing coffee differently—slower, closer to the land, and honest in every step.
Cosecha Means Harvest
Harvest is more than a season.
It’s the result of patience, care, and respect for the land.
For us, Cosecha means honoring the hands that grow the coffee, paying fairly, and letting the land speak through the cup. No middlemen. No shortcuts. No large-scale production.
Only coffee that tells the truth of where it comes from—and why it matters.
From Farm To Cup
Every step—grown, harvested, and roasted with care—so what you taste is honest, fresh, and true to its origin.
What Sets Cosecha Apart
Thoughtful Sourcing
We work with small, independent producers in El Salvador who treat coffee as a craft, not a commodity. Every microlot is chosen for its character, traceability, and the care taken at the farm level. This means fair practices, sustainable methods, and beans with a real story behind them—not anonymous blends.
Roasted Fresh in Ontario
Our coffee is roasted in small batches right here in Ontario to highlight the natural flavours of each origin and process. We don’t roast in bulk or store coffee for months. Every batch is timed, tested, and dialed in—then shipped within days so you experience coffee at its peak.
Made for Your Everyday Ritual
Cosecha is designed to meet you where you are—slow mornings, focused afternoons, or shared moments with friends. Brew it your way: drip, espresso, or pour-over. However you enjoy it, our coffee is meant to be savoured, not rushed.
Most coffee is rushed. Ours is enjoyed.
From farm to cup, every step is intentional—so you can slow down and truly taste the difference.
